Sitting in the middle of a field, Orrs Barn offers the perfect getaway from the stresses of everyday life. It has magnificent views from all windows, you can even see the Hunting Tower at Chatsworth on a clear day!
There are 2 pubs and a restaurant within 5 minutes walk and it's a stones throw away from the breathtaking Monsal Head viaduct.

Downstairs
With a large entrance, there is plenty of space for muddy boots. There is a large well equipped farmhouse kitchen & dining table. In the sitting room is a log burning stove & smart TV/DVD player. There is free WI-FI internet connection. There is also a downstairs bathroom with toilet & shower cubicle.
Upstairs
Orrs Barn has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with exposed original beams. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower over the bath. There is a further small room (only suitable for small children). All bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
Outside Orrs Barn there is ample parking and garden shed to secure your bikes. There is a paved patio area with garden furniture. We provide a basket of wood should you need to light the fire. There are a selection of stunning walks direct from the door.

Guests can enjoy the wide range of excellent walks on offer nearby, which include routes to the neighbouring villages of Great Longstone and Ashford in the Water, or along the River Wye in the Monsal Dale. Embrace the English grandeur of Chatsworth House and its parklands which offer a great place to spend the day exploring the glorious gardens and house just 6 miles away. Bakewell and the historical villages of Eyam and Foolow with its village green and duck pond, are all within 6 miles.
